1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
To cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately with your order details.

2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:

Product is damaged or defective
Wrong product has been delivered

Conditions:
Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Proof (images/videos) must be provided for verification

Products damaged due to misuse
Items returned without original packaging

4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be initiated
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account

5. Replacement Policy
In case of damaged or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund
Replacement will be shipped after verification of the issue

6. Shipping Charges
If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost
In other cases, shipping charges may not be refundable
